Corporate Governance

The Board of Directors of South Harz Potash Limited (“the Board”) is responsible for the corporate governance of the Company. The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of South Harz Potash Limited on behalf of the shareholders by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable.

The Company’s Corporate Governance Statement outlines the main corporate governance practices in place throughout the financial year which, to the extend applicable, comply with the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (4th Edition) as published by ASX Corporate Governance Council.
